Exploring Zagreb Live on a Bike
What better way to explore a city, than on a bike? Using my new GoPro Hero 8 action cam, and the 4g internet from my phone, I've managed to do a live stream of the endeavor. A surprise hurricane was also there to spice things up. Pork Stir Fry & Cauliflower Rice
Low carb as it can get - Pork Stir Fry coupled with Cauliflower Rice. I love stir fry dishes because there's extremely flexible. You can put any kind of meat, or even fish, and the choice of vegetables is unlimited. This time we're going with more classical ingredients, like bell peppers, onion, garlic and carrots. Cauliflower rice is a great way to kill the original flavor of cauliflower, for those that don't enjoy it.
